We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Simply rinse with water and mild soap. The smooth surface makes cleaning quick and easy. Most models are also dishwasher safe on the top rack.

Absolutely. Customers use them for soaking clothes, storing toys, gardening, car washing, and general household organization.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my basin arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?
